The most simple advice is sometimes still the hardest to follow..........

Fight insomnia with gentle rocking or the sound of running water (...hmmmm)
Change surroundings and take long journeys (...if it were only that easy)
Strictly avoid frightening ideas (...and scary movies?)
Indulge in cheerful conversation and amusements (...look forward to this daily)
Listen to music. (...yay! I got this one down too!)
